A Theology of Hope: Insights from Jürgen Moltman
Objective: A presentation of Jürgen Moltmann’s Theology of Hope and it’s validity for today’s world.
MASC is delighted to invite you to our annual Foundation Day Colloquium. The 2025 event will feature a distinguished lecture by Prof. John Berry who will delve into the life and theological contributions of Jürgen Moltman, widely regarded as the “Theologian of Hope.” Moltman’s work, centered on the themes of hope, eschatology, and the transformative power of God’s promises, has had a profound influence on contemporary Christian thought. This lecture will explore how Moltmann’s theology continues to inspire hope in times of uncertainty and suffering. This occasion will provide also an opportunity to commemorate Moltman’s death anniversary (d. June 3, 2024).
